We currently have one fully booked therapist and are ready to expand our mental health counseling program!
We welcome individuals who are knowledgeable and passionate about the intersection of mental health and holistic wellness and who value collaborative, patient-centered care.
We are a primarily insurance-based practice and are looking for a provider who is comfortable billing insurance while also maintaining a private-pay rate. We would love to find a therapist who practices EMDR therapy, and preference will be given to candidates already paneled with insurance companies, though this is not required.
Between our robust interdisciplinary clinic referrals, in-house marketing, and the networking efforts of our providers, this position offers abundant opportunity for career growth.
A Bit About Mandala Medicine
Mandala has been a successful wellness clinic since 2014 and has a loyal patient base. We are a queer-affirming and body neutral practice, and highly prioritize our patients feeling comfortable and honored. Our staff includes 1 mental health counselor, 2 naturopathic doctors, 7 massage therapists, 5 acupuncturists, and 1 physical therapist, ensuring a large network of in-house providers with which to get your continued referrals from.
As a practitioner-owned and operated clinic we strongly prioritize the wellbeing and compensation of our providers. Since taking over Mandala in 2022 we have successfully grown the practice into a thriving oasis for our colleagues in the various fields of medicine and wellness to find a dependable home for their practices. Mandala is a clinic for self-motivated practitioners to find community, administrative support, and professional growth.
Our physical clinic is located on E. Burnside near Laurelhurst Park in a historic 1917 stone house. The building is renovated into an ideal setting for a peaceful, classic yet modern, holistic healing center. Our building has a palpable grounded energy to it that makes tapping into a healing state of mind easy. While this position may be majority remote, you can look forward to possible sessions as well as meetings with management & administration staff here.
We have highly reliable front desk administrators who coordinate care, patient communication, and manage scheduling & insurance billing, payment collection & distribution back to providers. Mandala provides the back end support that allows space for you to be present with your patients and focus on their wellbeing and yours.
