A Bit About Jess

I have been a licensed massage therapist and shiatsu energy work practitioner since 2013. My first studies and profession was as a dancer (BA in Dance 2008) and more recently I became a certified mindfulness meditation teacher. The multi-dimensional, centering, and harmonizing arts of zen and quantum shiatsu, fascial and deep tissue engagement, and nervous system and energy center attunement make up the majority of my bodywork practice. I co-run Portland Dance Film Fest, play around with beads, and hold and dance the living space of those embarking on the “inward diving after the priceless pearls” (Sri Yukteswar).
