A Bit About Lindsey
Lindsey is a licensed acupuncturist, bodyworker, and co-owner of Mandala Medicine. Her work centers on nervous system restoration, stress relief, and pelvic and abdominal wellness. She is passionate about helping people find comfort and healing in both body and spirit, and believes her role as a physical medicine provider is uniquely suited to help folks identify the root of what ails them—through education, learning to plug back in to their body’s needs, and by learning tools to advocate for themselves within the broader medical system.
Lindsey views healing through both passive (treatment) and active (movement and lifestyle) lenses. Her focus is, above all, on the state of the mind, daily habits, and bringing joy back into people’s lives. Her background in yoga and her love of fitness give her a deep understanding of the body—where energy gets stuck and how to unwind the knots that cause pain.

Her treatments include a full suite of bodywork: acupuncture, cupping, massage, Gua Sha/myofascial scraping, electro-stim orthopedic acupuncture, breath-focused calming practices, and intentional time for deep rest. She is especially skilled at helping acupuncture feel safe for those who fear needles or are touch-sensitive. Her needling style is gentle yet effective, aiming to reach the root of the issue with minimal pain or fear activation. For some, acupuncture is deeply restful and low-stimulation; for others, it involves focused trigger-point dry needling and strong bodywork—it all depends on the person’s constitution and energy that day.

Lindsey’s specialty is treating and educating people around pelvic pain and reproductive health. As someone with endometriosis who has undergone two abdominal surgeries for it, she brings firsthand insight into reproductive health, surgical recovery, chronic pain, and the complexities of living with a long-term condition. She treats a range of concerns, including pelvic pain, neck and back pain, low libido, painful periods, pain with sex, constipation, headaches, sleep struggles, anxiety, depression, and more. She loves being a “pain detective,” supporting people through chronic or acute injuries, car accidents, orthopedic surgical recovery, and scar tissue mobilization.

There are no topics that are out of bounds in her treatment room, as all parts of us color how we experience pain and joy in our lives. Bring yourself, fully.
