Hi there, my name is Ro (they/she).

My passion for bodywork began with my own somatic healing journey in my mid-20s. I knew I needed to heal through my body and I dove into somatics head first. I devoted myself to yoga, dance, breathwork, meditation, embodiment practices, plant medicine ceremonies, and bodywork.

I take a holistic approach to healing and wellness. With a belief in the body’s innate ability to heal, I approach each session with a deep sense of reverence for the body’s wisdom and resilience. My massage style is a combination of Swedish, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Craniosacral Therapy and Thai Massage. I bring presence, pace and breath to all sessions.

It is deeply important to me that my practice is a safe and affirming space for all people of marginalized identities. I strive to create an environment where clients feel seen, honored, and met with care and respect. I understand that healing work is deeply personal, and I am committed to holding space that is trauma-informed, consent-centered, and welcoming to all bodies, genders, and lived experiences.

When I’m not practicing bodywork, you can catch me IDing birds, snacking on fruit from neighborhood trees, and chatting with my cat Peeko. I look forward to working with you!

Madison also offers psychedelic integration and harm reduction-informed support, including preparation and integration for those pursuing ketamine or psilocybin assisted therapy.

At the core of her work is a deep respect for each client’s inner wisdom. Madison aims to co-create a space where clients feel safe to explore, heal, and grow—at their own pace, in their own way.

These providers met with us and showed us their facility, what sets them apart (state of the art technology, cozy feels, and increased face to face patient care throughout), and also were curious about what we do too! 🤧 Springtime in Portland is in full swing! While we have been waiting for all the beauty and sunshine, it brings a brutal allergy for some. Some of our patients have had seasonal allergies for a very long time and some have never had seasonal allergies prior to living in Portland. Either way, acupuncture can help you with the acute side effects of runny or stuffy noses, itchy watering eyes, and sneezing. And also help you long term by boosting your overall immune system!

Acupuncture for allergies is so safe and effective that researchers are taking note! The American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery recommends acupuncture as a non-pharmacological therapy for allergic rhinitis. They noted that it is specifically helpful for environmental allergies such as pollen, dust mites, molds, dander and more. (1)

Some of our favorite acupuncture points for seasonal allergies are: Bi Tong, Juliao, Yin Tang, and Zan Zhu. 👋 Do you use your hands every day? Are they a bit achey?

Electro acupuncture (like a tens unit but connected to the needles instead of a patch) is an amazing treatment for aching painful joints and muscles. This treatment shown is for a musician who has played guitar for years in a touring band, resulting in some chronic aches. So I’ve been adding 2 minutes of neck scraping at the end of my days to combat that and it’s working SO WELL!

With 2 minutes of gua sha at the end of my work day, my neck goes from very cranky, burning and tight to immediately soothed, and painless again.

We have been very lucky to have a longstanding team across differing styles of massage and healing modalities. We’re excited to bring on some new talented practitioners.

Seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience, practicing any of the following styles as we have multiple openings:
-deep tissue/ myofascial release
-sports massage
-energetic focused body work
-craniosacral
-prenatal

Pay is competitive, based on experience starting at an hourly rate, plus tips for employed LMTs. We’re also open for established independent contractors if that’s preferable — for more details contact us!

Our patient base is very loyal, and we currently operate on a waitlist for massage and your schedule would be full quickly.
